Starlight for Mac.

Free, with no account. Apple silicon, macOS 14.4 or later.

1. Download Starlight.dmg and drag Starlight to Applications.
2. Open it: Starlight says hello from your notch and shows you around.
3. Allow what you use: your mic to dictate, Accessibility to paste.

The speech models download by themselves the first time (about 1.4 GB). Starlight then updates itself.
